Step Four: Assessing - Learning Community Initiativ
Now that you have spent a significant amount of time in your Learning Community, it is time to look back on your work and assess your growth. In this section you can read more about:

  • Outreach Efforts- how do you tell others your story? Who is it important to share with? What are means of sharing that have worked for others?
  • Outcomes- what has your Learning Community learned in its time together? How do you differentiate and find importance in both the process and the product?
  • Impact- how is your Learning Community's work affecting student success, satisfaction, retention or even professional satisfaction?
  • Celebrating Success- what were your greatest achievements? What have others across the state achieved?
