• Outcomes- what has your Learning Community learned in its time together? How do you differentiate and find importance in both the process and the product?
• Impact- how is your Learning Community's work affecting student success, satisfaction, retention or even professional satisfaction?

• Celebrating Success- what were your greatest achievements? What have others across the state achieved?
