- Committee Participation-
- Public Outreach- A Learning Community is not a committee, but a community. Recruit members in a way that reflects the nature of a community. Recognize the importance of the learning. People are not recruited because they have nothing to learn. Consider diversity of membership and include students, administrators, staff and faculty.
- Professional Growth-
- Role/Position Changes- Fluidity of leadership is a set of changing leadership responsibilities in the LC which creates shared leadership. Consider changing roles each year or perhaps even each meeting.
